The meanings are derived from Oracle of the Tarot by Paul foster Case (1933), and from The Pictorial Key to the Tarot by A.E. Waite (1911), both in public domain. The RWS images are scanned form the 1909 print, are in public domain in the U.S., and appear under “fair use” provision of Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976.
